Coach Majin Mohammed of Niger Tornadoes has revealed what his side did differently to thrash Sunshine Stars in a match day 17 NPFL clash, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Mohammed's men produced a scintillating first-half display, leaving Sunshine Stars reeling at the Bako Kontagora Stadium.

The Ikon Allah Boys dominated from the start of the game beating the Owena Whales 4-1 in front of their home fans.

Speaking after the game, Majin attributed the win to the collective efforts of the team saying that the changes in the match day squad equally gave his side the advantage.

 "The victory was a result of collective effort from the management, coaches and the players.

"The first stanza is gradually winding off and we need to put our acts together to win our home matches to consolidate our position on the league table.

 "We needed to ring some changes in the team, because some players have been over played and needed rest, that necessitated the change in our line up today to give others the opportunity and you can see that the players want to take advantage to cement a place in the team.

 "Sunshine Stars are a good side, the testament is the draw in Aba against Enyimba and knowing well that they will come here with the same mentality we decided to approach the game with all seriousness and the result is what you just saw."
