NPFL 25: Lobi Stars Will Return To Winning Ways - Amokachi Assures

Daniel Amokachi of Lobi Stars has assured fans of the club that they would return to winning ways in the ongoing 2024/2025 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, season, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Amokachi stated this in his post-match reactions after Lobi Stars were held to a 1-1 draw by Akwa United. Lobi Stars were on the verge of securing a hard-fought victory, but Akwa United struck late to snatch a 1-1 draw, denying the visitors all three points on match day 21 of the Nigeria Premier Football League.

Speaking after the game, Amokachi praised his players for their resilience.

"We’re getting it right. We didn’t let our loss in Owerri affect us. We will rise and get back to winning ways."

Lobi Stars remain 18th on the log with 21 points and will return to their adopted home, Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium, Bauchi, to host Enyimba International FC in their next fixture.
