Majin Mohammed of Niger Tornadoes has rued the missed chances of his side in the narrow one-nil home loss to Rivers United, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Seiyefa Jackson's goal on 47 minutes for the Pride of Rivers condemned the hosts to a defeat to extend their winless home run in the current campaign. Mohammed,

in his post-match reactions, said: "It is one of those days; sometimes, you win, draw or lose.

"We played well, had our chances but couldn't convert.

"My opinion about the goal cannot change the result, so the referee's decision is final. We take on Katsina United next, we'll work hard to get something out of the game."

The Ikon Allah Boys will take on Katsina United in their next league encounter.
