NPFL 25: Plateau United Debunks Claims Of Placing Players On Half Salaries

The management of Plateau United has debunked claims that it placed its players on half salaries following poor performance, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

This was contained in a statement by the club's Media Officer, Yaksat Maklek.

 "This serves as official document debunking claims on social media and unconfirmed sources that Plateau United FC 'Places Players On Half Salaries Following Poor Performance '.

"As a result, Plateau United General Manager, Habila Hosea Mutla vehemently debunks claims that players have been placed on half Salaries' as Suggested by unconfirmed sources.

According to Habila Mutla, 'We're aware that performance has to improve and have laid down certain internal measures to enhance performance and not by slashing players salaries'.

"Hence, we would seek the services of the law enforcement to immediately invite the sources of this divisive story for further questioning and verification."

He added that the story is completely false and not in conformity with the current reality of the team.
