Technical Manager of Rivers United, Finidi George has described the away win against Lobi Stars as nothing, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Pride of Rivers secured the maximum points off their opponents at the Lafia City Stadium in a match day three 2024/2025 NPFL encounter. Kabir Abdullahi's 79th minute goal sealed Rivers United first away win to extend their unbeaten run to three matches. He said: "Every victory, we will take it. It's just a game. This is nothing. We have to go back and prepare for the next game. That's the philosophy. "We are playing against Enyimba and it's going to be a difficult game. We just have to enjoy this victory. It's not easy to come here and pick three points. I must commend the boys for the effort." Rivers United will welcome Enyimba FC to the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium on Sunday, September 29, 2024 in their next league game.
