NPFL 25: Uzor Tasks Heartland Players To Push Harder Against Bayelsa United

Heartland FC Chief Coach, Charles Uzor has urged the players to push things a notch higher against Bayelsa United on Sunday, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Five-time NPFL champions Heartland of Owerri will engage Bayelsa United in a tricky Nigeria Premier Football League Matchday 8 duel at the Samson Siasia Stadium, Yenagoa.

Speaking to Heartland Media, Uzor praised the fighting spirit of the team, especially in the second half against Ikorodu City and urged the team to push things a notch higher against Bayelsa United.

"Our team is improving; we fought gallantly against El-kanemi Warriors after spending 3 days on the road. We fought hard against Ikorodu City, especially in the second half, and I believe we will push harder this Weekend in Yenagoa."

The Naze Millionaires are unbeaten in three games as they get set to battle Bayelsa United.
