Abia Warriors secured one of the standout results of the weekend, claiming a 2-1 away victory over Niger Tornadoes. Sunday Megwo opened the scoring in the 38th minute before a late first-half own goal by Sunday Akinmoladun (45+1’) extended their lead. Abdulrasheed Dabai’s 54th-minute strike for Tornadoes proved only a consolation.
