It was a good outing for Abia Warriors and former champions, Enugu Rangers, on Saturday afternoon as action resumed on the first day of matchday 29 of the league, BSNsports.com.ng report

In Awka, Rangers international has to dig deep until they secured a 1-0 win over Dakkada FC.

It was Christian Nnaji that netted the only goal of the game in the 65th minute of the encounter.

Goals from Gabriel Innocent 35' and Imeh Atobasi 90th minutes ensured that Abia Warrior pegged back Plateau United 2-0.

The rest of the teams will be back in action on Sunday.
