The Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) has ordered Katsina United to play all their remaining home fixtures of the current season in Ilorin, BSNSports.com.ng reports

This decision comes after crowd disturbances disrupted their home game against Barau FC, which initially led to the club being moved to the New Jos Stadium.

In an official letter sent to the club on Thursday, the league body confirmed that the Ilorin-based Rashidi Yekini Stadium will now serve as Katsina United’s new temporary home ground for the rest of the campaign.

The Chanji Boys are scheduled to face Enyimba in a Matchday 14 clash this weekend.

Katsina United currently occupy 13th place on the NPFL table with 17 points.
