 NPFL Round-Up: Big Wins For Rivers United, Remo Stars As Katsina United Dismantle Lobi Stars

Match Day Four actions in the 2024/2025 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, churned out breathtaking results across 10 different centres, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

Remo Stars continued their perfect start to the campaign with a 2-1 win over Rangers International at Ikenne. 

Goals from Alex Oyowah and Tochukwu Michael gave the Sky Blue Stars the maximum points despite Kenechuwku Agu's equalizer from the spot for the visitors. 

In Port Harcourt, Finidi George got the better of his former side as Rivers United defeated Enyimba FC 2-0 with goals coming off the boots of Ubong Friday and Seiyefa Jackson. 

In Katsina, Lobi Stars continued their woeful start to the season with a 3-0 drubbing from Kastina United. 

At the Bako Kontagota Memorial Stadium in Minna, 10-man Niger Tornadoes were held to a 1-1 draw by Bendel Insurance. 

Majin Mohammed led Tornadoes side were able to withstand their opponents despite being a man down early in the first half. 

Abia Warriors defeated Kano Pillars two-nil while El-Kanemi Warriors came from two goals down to share the spoils with Plateau United.
