NPFL Roundup: Barau FC Pick First Win, Shooting Stars Dismantle Warri Wolves

Newcomers Barau FC secured their first top-flight victory after staging a comeback against Kun Khalifat FC, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The Maliya Boys defeated their host 3-1 in match day six of the 2025/26 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, decided at the Enyimba Stadium in Aba.
Kun Khalifat took the lead inside the 13th minute off a tap in by Nwokorie Ebuka before the Kano-based side restored parity moments later through Saidu Salisu.

Igbunu Evwiehurhoma had opened the scoring for the host inside 53 minutes before two late goals from Qamar Adegoke and Adam Mustapha gave the Oluyole Warriors their first away win.
Rangers International held Wikki Tourists to a 2-2 draw while Nasarawa United continued their impressive performances with a comfortable 2-0 win over Katsina United in Lafia.
Enyimba FC extended their unbeaten run in Lagos after playing out a 1-1 draw with Ikorodu City FC.
On Saturday, Plateau United defeated El-Kanemi Warriors by a lone goal courtesy of Monday Gideon 32nd minute strike while Bendel Insurance and Bayelsa United shared the spoils one apiece.
