NPFL 26 Roundup: Kun Khalifat Secures Historic Victory As Enyimba Breaks Yenagoa Fans' Hearts

Kun Khalifat FC secured their first victory in Nigeria's top-flight division after beating El-kanemi Warriors at the Enyimba Stadium in Aba, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Pride of Imo got the better of the visitors 3-1 in a scintillating fashion at their adopted home ground in a match day four encounter of the 2025/26 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, season.

Elsewhere, Enyimba FC shocked Bayelsa United with a convincing 2-0 away victory at the Samson Siasia Stadium in Yenagoa.

Former champions, Kano Pillars, defeated Rangers International by a lone goal to pick up their first victory of the season off an Ahmed Musa strike, while Plateau United also bounced back to winning ways with a 2-0 victory against the reigning champions, Remo Stars, in Jos.

It ended all square at the Southern Delta University Stadium, Ozoro, between Warri Wolves and visiting Kwara United.

It was a hard-fought battle and a valuable point for the Harmony Boys as they look ahead to their CAF Confederation Cup clash against Asante Kotoko in Ghana.

Rivers United beat Shooting Stars by a lone goal in Port Harcourt, while Abia Warriors got the better of Wikki Tourists 1-0.

Unbeaten Ikorodu City tamed newcomers, Barau FC, 2-0, while Nasarawa United earned the maximum points against Wikki Tourists in Lafia.
