NPFL Transfer: Doma United Sign 37-Year-Old Goalkeeper From Rivers United

Doma United FC have completed the signing of experienced Nigerian goalkeeper Ibrahim Pius from Rivers United FC on a free transfer, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The 37-year-old shot-stopper has officially joined the Gombe-based club as they strengthen their squad ahead of the new Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.

Pius brings a wealth of experience between the posts and is expected to provide leadership and stability to Doma United’s goalkeeping department.

The veteran goalkeeper has signed a one-year contract with Doma United, which will keep him at the club until 2027.

His arrival represents another significant addition to Doma United’s squad as the club continues preparations for the 2026/27 NPFL campaign.
