NPFL Transfer: Nweke Moves To Enyimba

Despite campaigning for the CAF Champions League, the Nigerian Premier Football League champions Rangers International have been unable to secure the services of their reliable midfielder Kalu Nweke, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Nweke is one of the key players who helped the club to the title last season.

His contract with the Fly Antelopes expired and he decided to pitch his tent with Oriental Derby rival club Enyimba International.

The skilful player has been training with People's Elephants in the past few days and it seems a 2-year deal has been agreed.

Nweke is expected to play a significant role for the former African champions both on the continent and domestic scene.
