NPFL Transfer: Remo Stars Midfielder Joins Sudanese Giants

Super Eagles B and Remo Stars midfielder Jide Fatokun has completed a transfer to the Sudanese League, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Fatokun, 26, has signed a two-year deal with Sudanese club El Merrikh, as confirmed by Burundian journalist (@257foot) on social media.

The midfielder was part of the Super Eagles B squad that secured qualification for the 2024 African Nations Championship.

Fatokun is expected to travel to Cairo in the coming days to finalize his move.

Due to political instability in Sudan, both El Merrikh and Al Hilal are currently competing in the Mauritania League.
