The coach of Kwara United Kabiru Dogo has revealed the reason they failed to beat Doma United in Ilorin on Wednesday, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Savannah Tigers held the Afonja Warriors to a goalless draw in a Matchday 12 fixture of the league.

Dogo cited the good performance of Doma's goalkeeper Osayi Kingdom and the negative approach adopted by the away side as the reason they failed to win.

"We approached the game with much enthusiasm but that wasn’t enough to break down the time-wasting Savannah Scorpions who have goalkeeper Kingdom Osayi to thank.

"The referee, I think was too lenient with them despite wasting much time. In 1st half, we played less than 30' as their players were falling all around the field. Its negative football.

"We will continue to work hard to achieve the set objectives for the season", he said.
