NPFL Update: Eguma Shifts Anttention To Kwara United Clash

After guiding his team to a comfortable win in the rescheduled game, Rivers United technical adviser Stanley Eguma has shifted his focus to the next league match, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Alex Oyoway and Andy Okpe scored both goals in Rivers United 2-0 victory over Remo Stars on Thursday.

Eguma admitted that victory was good for the team but shifted his attention to the next match coming up this weekend.

" It was a good one for us. The first win of the season. It has really lightened the spirit of my team having lost the first match in Kaduna against Tornadoes.

"This win will fire us up waiting for the next game against Kwara United."

Rivers United will host Kwara United in the match day 3 of the league at the Adoke Amasiamaka stadium in Port Harcourt this weekend.
