Clubs in the Nigeria Professional Football League continued to work on their team ahead of the second stanza of the league, BSNsports.com.ng report



Assistant coach of the league former champion Enyimba International Caleb Esu has resigned from his position.


As of the time of filing this report, the reason Esu left his position is yet to be ascertained and his line of action is also not determined.


Enyimba started the season strongly campaigning both in the continental and domestic scene but things have nosedive lately.


The performance of the team has called for more questions has fans and supporters of the team continue to feel dejected.


After the first round of the league, the People's Elephant is placed in 10th position with 26 points in 19 matches.
