NPFL Update: Former Super Eagles Coach Expects Better Season

With 37 match days to go, former Nigeria's Super Eagles assistant coach Godwin Koko Uwua is expecting the 2023/2024 Nigeria Premier League season to be better than last season, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

While speaking on Eagle 7 Sports radio, Uwua hailed the Hon. Elegbeleye-led board for their last performance and hope they will do better this season 

" Looking at what happened last season, it was very encouraging and we've not seen something like that in a very long time.

With Elegbeleye, Davidson Owumi etc., if they can maintain discipline and coordination they will perform better than last season", he said.

Apart from handling national teams, Uwua worked with Lobis Stars, Bendel Insurance etc. in the league.
