NPFL Update: Kwara United Coach Rues Missed Chances

The coach of Kwara United Kabiru Dogo has attributed his team's defeat to the missed chances in the game, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Afonja Warriors who had been unbeaten in the last two matches, suffered a 2-1 defeat to Bayelsa United in Yenogoa on Sunday.

Dogo blamed his strikers for not converting their chances in the game.

"My players failed to take their chances when it mattered most. 

We lost the match due to a technical error from my goalkeeper and that was why we substituted him in the second half. 

The error made the difference and they took their chances", he said.

Kwara United will hope to bounce back when match day 6 of the league resumes.
