NPFL Update: LMC To Begin Stadium Inspection On Monday

In readiness for the 2022/2023 Nigeria Professional Football League season, the League Management Company( LMC) is set to begin stadium and facilities inspection, BSNsports.com.ng understands.

The 2021/2022 season ended in July with Rivers United emerging as the league winner with Plateau United, Remo Stars and Kwara United finishing in 2nd, 3rd and 4th position respectively.

The league body on Thursday released a statement informing all the participating clubs to present the stadium they intend to use for their league matches.

According to the release, the inspection will begin on Monday 29th of August and the team is expected to tour around the country.

Any team that found its stadium not meeting the standard will have to adopt another venue within or outside its state and location.
