NPFL Update: Nasarawa United Unveil 8 New Players

To improve the club's fortune in the Nigeria Premier Football League second stanza, management of Nasarawa United has recruited and unveiled 8 new signings, BSNSports.com.ng has gathered.

The Solid Miners who are playing their home games away from home had a first stanza of the league to forget as they blew hot and cold.

They defeated Remo Stars in their final game of the first stanza but remained in the relegation zone.

The newly acquired players comprise a goalkeeper, four defenders and three attackers.

Goalkeeper Mohammed Galadima and Victor Collins, a center-back both returned to the club after spells at Wikki Tourists and Amanat Baghdad FC of Iraq, respectively.

Right full-back duo of Samson Vandi Drambi and Nelson Abiam joined from second division side, EFCC FC of Abuja, while Nelson Abiam joined from Wikki Tourists. Aminu Yusuf a full-back also joined, from neighbouring Lobi Stars.

The trio of centre forwards, Kazeem Abdulrafiu, Isaac James Ogiri and Kola were signed from Ruqayya Football Academy of Kaduna, ABS FC of Ilorin, and Gombe United FC, Gombe, in that order.
