NPFL Update: Shooting Stars Get Injury Boost

With the resumption of the second stanza of the Nigeria Premier Football League on the horizon, clubs continue to fine-tune their strategy to have a good finishing, BSNSports.com.ng report.

One of the clubs in the league Shooting Stars of Ibadan received an injury boost during the week, and as it was injured, players were back in training.

The Oluyole Warriors had a first stanza to forget garnering 10 points in 9 games, scoring 10 goals and conceding 13 goals.

The update from the team camp indicates that the quartet of Dare Dede, Akintunde Azeez, Desmond Agbekpornu and skipper Waheed Omololu have returned to training.

Shooting Stars ended the first stanza with a 2-2 draw against Akwa United at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba and they will commence the second stanza against the same opponent at the Goodwill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo.
