NPFL Update: We Will Keep Working Hard - Atule

Enyimba International forward Joseph Atule has expressed his excitement about the win against Bendel Insurance but quickly made it clear that they will keep working hard, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The People's Elephants secured a 2-1 win over the Edo Arsenal on Wednesday at Enyimba International Stadium in one of the rescheduled games.

It was Atule who netted the opening goal in the 70th minute after a scoreless first stanza but Ismael Sarki equalized in the 75th minute while Chijioke Mbaoma netted the winning goal in the 80th minute.

While reacting to the game, Atule admitted that the team had not been playing well but promised that the team would continue to work.

" I'm very happy and is a thing of joy to have scored in the game.

Some of our matches have not been good but we will keep working hard, I'm happy to have scored today", he said.

Enyimba will be the guest of Heartland FC this weekend at the Dan Anyiam Stadium.
