NPFL24 : Gombe United Head Coach Says Postponement Good For Team Preparations

Gombe United head coach, Mohammed Babaganaru, has expressed that the postponement of the kick-off date, for the 2023/24 Nigeria Premier Football League is a blessing in disguise for his team, BSN sports.cim.ng reports .

The NPFL board recently announced a postponement of the kick-off date for the new season.

The new season was earlier scheduled to start this weekend with the game between Shooting Stars and Plateau United.

Babaganaru, was appointed as the head coach of Gombe United few weeks ago.

“The NPFL postponement is definitely a blessing in disguise for Gombe United,” He told reporters.

“We need to make the best use of this opportunity to work on the team and correct our lapses.”
