Seven-time Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) champions, Rangers International will continue on their preparation for the 2023/24 football season as they embark on a two-week close camping exercises, at the Awka City Township, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Flying Anteoples were held to a 1-1 draw by Heartland FC, in a pre-season club friendly match on Thursday afternoon, which was played at the Awka City Stadium, Awka.

Joel Okoro gave the Fidelis IIechukwu-led side, into the lead on the stroke of half-time after being fed sumptuously by a Chukwudi Nwaodu defense-splitting pass on 44 minutes, but the Naze Millionaires were soon back on level terms in the 53 minutes, when Tunde Oyewole was left unmarked to stamp home a corner-kick.

Nevertheless, players and officials of the Flying Antelopes have begun a two-week close-camping exercise to adequately prepare for the coming season at the Anambra State capital, Awka, on Thursday.
