NPL: Abia State Government To Host Victorious Enyimba On Thursday

The Abia State government under the newly elected Governor Alex Otti has concluded plans to host the victorious Enyimba team, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The People's Elephants finished the regular abridged format league season in third position and qualified for the Super 6 playoff.

They edged Rivers United in the final game of the Super 6 played at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Lagos.

The state government confirmed on Tuesday that they will host the Aba Millionaires on the 29th of July at the Governor's Lodge in Umuahia.

Apart from winning the league, Enyimba has also qualified to represent Nigeria in next season's CAF Champions League.
