NTA To Show AFCON Matches After Signing MOU With Afro Sports

Nigerian Television Authority, NTA, the countryâ€™s most prominent television station, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Afro Sports for transmission of 52 matches of all the AFCON in Cote D'ivoire, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Nigerians can turn to the NTA to enjoy the 2023 AFCON, who have been broadcasting live happenings at every AFCON on its popular NTA Sports 24, free to air.

This was following the announcement by Multichoice, the sub-Saharan African broadcast heavyweight, owner of Cable platform DSTV, that SuperSport pay-TV service will not broadcast live matches of the 2023 AFCON.

Recall that Nigerians have been scrambling for alternative ways to watch the continentâ€™s biggest football competition.
