NVBF Appoints Former Serbia National Team Coach

Former Assistant coach of the Serbian national team, Aleksandar Boskovic has been appointed as coach of Nigeria senior volleyball team.

Aleksandar Boskovic, 45, won a large number of trophies and awards with the senior national team of Serbia and he is hoping to bring that experience to Nigeria team.

The Serbian was in charge of Anorthosis-Cyprus from 2016-2021 and has also coached OK Crvena Zvezda,VC Shahrdari-Urmia-Iran, VC Al Tahadi-Libya, VC SC Mashhadoreza Mashad-Iran,VC Maribor-Slovenia, VC Volei ,Tomis Costanca-Romania and OK Volley Star-Belgrade-Serbia.

The Serbian is expected to make the Nigerian senior national team competitive and hopefully compete for titles.
