NWFL: Ogbonda Sets Continental Ticket Target With Bayelsa Queens

Newly appointed head coach of Bayelsa Queens, Whyte Ogbonda has set a continental ticket target with his new team, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

Ogbonda, who was formerly with Rivers Angels was unveiled as Head Coach of Bayelsa Queens in Yenagoa at the Samson Siasia Stadium.

Ogbonda said he is very happy to join Bayelsa Queens as it is the dream of every coach to work with the Prosperity Girls.

He expressed confidence that his new team will compete for honours in the new NWFL Premiership season and other competitions.

"This is my job and I will do what I know how to do best I promise as we are resuming on the 20th of July, 2024, we will do everything to pick a continental ticket as that is my target."

Ogbonda guided Rivers Angels to her 9th President Federation Cup triumph after beating Naija Ratels at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Lagos.
