Midfielder Aminat Folorunsho has pledged to deliver a standout performance when Rivers Angels clash with her former club, Naija Ratels, on Wednesday, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

In a pre-match chat with the Jewels of Rivers media, the soft-spoken midfielder expressed her eagerness to face her former team in the match day 2 of the 2024/2025 Nigeria Women Football League.

 "I've been looking forward to this moment, and I'm happy it's finally here," she said.

"I'm ready to showcase my skills and give it my all on the pitch."

 Folorunsho dismissed concerns that she would be under pressure, saying, "I won't feel any pressure at all on Wednesday. Instead, I'll be excited to score against my former club."

She boldly predicted a 3-0 victory for the Jewels of Rivers, saying, "I hope to see my team win convincingly. It would be a great feeling to score and help my team secure a big win."

The Match Day 2 between the Jewels of Rivers and Naija Ratels would take place at Bwari City Stadium FCT.
