Match day 12 of the Nigeria Women Football League was a day to forget for Ibom Angels as they suffered a heavy defeat to FC Robo Queens in Lagos, BSNSports.com.ng reports

Afensimi Omon scored the opening for the away side in the 11th minute before Maria Oke equalised in the 13th minute while Esther Adebayo made it 2-1 for the host before the half time.

Other goals are scored by Shukurat Oladipi ( brace) Opeyemi Ijamilusi, Rukayat Shobowale and Opeyemi Ajakaiye to end the game 7-1.

Edo Queens held Adamawa Queens to a 1-1 draw in Yola.

Samuel Yemisi scored the opening for the away side but the host quickly responded with an equaliser in the 17th minute through Farkiken.

Favour Chinaza's 12th minute and Omoky Mercy's brace in the 85th and 88th minutes handed Delta Queens a 3-0 win over Osun Babes.
