Napoli Deal: Osimhen's Brother-in-law Drags Him To Ikeja Court

According to Italian source Tutto Napoli, another headache for Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen, as he has been draged to an Ikeja Court by his brother-in-law, reports BSNSports.com.ng.




The Italian sports news wire sourced from OwnGoalNigeria that his brother-in-law, Osita Okolo who was his former agent is seeking a legal action to collect the sum of €1.3m euro as his share from the €5m euro commission William D'Avilla demand after he brokered the deal that saw Osimhen move from French Ligue side Lille to Napoli on a €71.2m euro deal two years ago.




Facts got by Tuttonapoli.net informed that Okolo only collected a total of €528k euros out of the €1.3 million that would have been due to him in written agreements between all parties (Agents).




Even the €528k euros was paid into Okolo's account in batches as he got $450k dollars at first and another €91k euro.




It was said, Osimhen begged his brother-in-law that he should loan him €528k euros that he needed to sort some family issue and will return the cash back to him once he settles down in Naples.




But on January 4 this year, Osimhen only paid 20 thousand euros into his account and nothing else. He now he wants the remaining part of the money through legal suit.






Meanwhile, investigations are ongoing in France and Napals due to suspected valuation of Osimhen's transfers from Lille.
