National Honours: Musa Dedicates Award To Nigerians, Teammates, Others

Super Eagles captain, Ahmed Musa has dedicated the award conferred on him by President Bola Tinubu as Order of the Niger, OON, to Nigerians, teammates and family, BSNSports.com.ng reports.Â
Recall that President Tinubu showered National Honours and gifts on players and officials of the senior men national football team, Super Eagles for reaching the final of the Africa Cup of Nations concluded in Cote d’Ivoire on Sunday.
According to Musa, it was an an honour to be recognised by the federal government for their efforts during the 2023 AFCON.Â
"Feeling incredibly honored and grateful to announce that I have been conferred as the Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON) by the President of Nigeria.
"This achievement wouldn't have been possible without the unwavering support of my amazing family, dedicated fans, supporters, and my incredible teammates from the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
