Ndidi To Play Under Van Nistelrooy

Starting next week, Nigeria's Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi will be under a new manager, Ruud Van Nistelrooy, as Leicester City named him as club coach, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Nigerian International was in action in the club's last match against Chelsea under the former manager Steve Cooper.

Cooper was sacked after the 1-2 home loss at the King Power Stadium. The board Friday evening announced the former Manchester United striker as the new manager.

 "We are delighted to confirm the appointment of Ruud van Nistelrooy as Leicester City’s new First Team Manager", the club said.

Ruud will arrive in the UK in time to be in attendance for the Foxes Premier League trip to Brentford on Saturday, before assuming full First Team responsibilities from Sunday.
