Newly-appointed Katsina United Interim Committee Seek Team Cooperation

The Interim Committee Chairman of Katsina United FC, Kabir Dan'lami Rimi has enjoined the Club players and Technical Crew to support the newly appointed interim committee members for successful season.

The Katsina United Management was dissolved by the State Government on Wednesday while Interim Committee was set up to oversee the affair of the Nigeria Premier Football League side in the meantime.

Rimi seeked supports from stakeholders shortly after State Acting Sports Director, Abdu Bello introduced him to the team’s players and technical staff shortly after today’s evening training session.

The Interim Committee Chairman, who expressed gratitude to the current State administration for providing him with the opportunity to serve the state, charged the players to be camp and prepare for the Club’s match against Lobi Star’s FC on Saturday.

He advised the players to stay dedicated and understand that the interim committee members are there to assist the team rather than to hunt down anyone.

Similarly, he urged the Club’s fans to demonstrate their support for the interim committee members by turning out in force and cheer the squad to victory.
