Nigeria’s representatives at the CAF Schools Football Championship have safely arrived in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, ahead of the WAFU B zonal qualifiers scheduled to begin this week, BSNSports.com.ng reports
The young Nigerian team is set to compete in the group stage, where they will face Ivory Coast on Monday before taking on Benin Republic on Tuesday.
The qualifiers serve as the pathway to the continental finals of the CAF Schools Championship, a tournament designed to promote grassroots football development and nurture future African football stars.
