Nigeria Battles Cote d'Ivoire in 2023 AFCON Final

Super Eagles of Nigeria will battle host nation, Cote d'Ivoire in the final of the 2023 AFCON, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

Nigeria defeated South Africa 4-2 on penalties to advance to the final after a pulsating 1-1 draw in regulation and extra time. 

The Elephants of Ivory Coast defeated D.R Congo 1-0 courtesy of Sebastian Haller great volley in the 65th minutes. 

Both teams met in the group stages where Nigeria defeated Cote d'Ivoire 1-0 via a William Ekong's penalty.
