Nigeria's Super Eagles forward, Victor Boniface was impressive for his club, Bayer Leverkusen who overcame Freiburg 2-1, in Sunday’s Bundesliga clash, BSNSports.com.ng reports

It is now nine league games without defeat for Leverkusen this season, winning eight and drawing one.

Boniface was on from the start before he was replaced in the 90th minute.

He had four shots and created four chances before going off.

The former Union SG striker has scored seven goals in nine Bundesliga games.

Also, he is in fourth place in the league’s top scorers chart.

Leverkusen will be in action on Wednesday in the German Cup against lower-division side Sandhausen.
