Nigeria Rugby Men's Team Zooms To Zimbabwe For Paris 2024 Olympics Qualifiers

Nigeria men's rugby team - the Black Stallions, clinched one of the three tickets for the Africa Men's Sevens Cup - the qualifying tournament for Paris 2024 Olympics Qualifiers billed for Zimbabwe from the 16th to 17th of September, 2023.

BSNports.com.ng reports that the Black Stallions won five of their six fixtures, only losing out to Algeria in the grand finale, showing dominance and consistency all the way.

Note that the Africa Cup of 7s going down in Zimbabwe is the qualifying playoffs that will see the winner automatically progress to the 2024 final Olympic Qualification Tournament, as the second and third-placed teams will follow suit.
