Team Nigeria has qualified for the mixed 4x400m relay event at the 2027 World Championships in Beijing after an impressive performance by the country’s quartet, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Nigerian team made up of Samson Nathaniel, Taiwo Kudoro, Chidi Okezie, and Patience Okon-George delivered a Season’s Best time of 3:12.88 to finish second in the race.

Nigeria’s athletes displayed great determination and composure throughout the event, holding their own against a strong field to secure one of the qualification slots for the global championship.
