Nigeria Versus Ghana; Heavy Security May Defeat Aim of Full Capacity At Moshood Abiola Stadium
The number of security men at the Moshood Abiola Stadium who have arrived at the match venue since 10:00am are enough to scare away the spectators.
The Ministry of Sports and the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) bought 20,000 tickets to be distributed free to encourage people fill up the stadium and cheer Super Eagles to victory.
Many spectators who have purchesed their tickets, Media men who have been accredited could not gain entrance into the stadium as the Main Gate and other ones are locked, leaving only two opened.
Those who bought tickets have to treck for more than ten minutes to Gate D (opened for entrance) where high number of security men scrutinise each person before entrance.
Before entrance even with one possessing his ticket, it takes more than 10 minutes of struggle before breathing the Stadium fresh air.
Many spectators and Media men who have their tickets are frusrated at the entrance after two hours of struggle without moving an inch.
