Nigeria Vs Guinea Bissau: Super Eagles Coach, Assistants Arrive Abuja

Super Eagles coach, Jose Peseiro and his three assistants have arrived in Abuja on Sunday morning ahead of the 2023 CAF African Nations Cup qualifier between Nigeria and Guinea Bissau, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

As the camp opens officially on Sunday morning, Peseiro and the assistants arrived began to receive the 23 invited players who will start arriving from Sunday afternoon till Monday.

BSN Sports report that Nantes winger, Simon Moses was spotted at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja on Saturday night.

Peseiro and the three assistants receive $70,000 monthly salary while Nigerian coaches attached to the team are on a different pay arrangement.

Nigeria will trade tackle with Guinea Bissau slated to hold on Friday at the Moshood Abiola Stadium Abuja at 5:00pm.

Nigeria are in group A and topping the table with 6 points in two games, closely followed by Guinea Bissau who have garnered 4 points from the same number of matches.

Sierra Leone and Sao Tome and Principe have 1 and 0 point and are placed 3rd and 4th respectively on the log.
