Nigeria's Onyedika Named Danish Superliga Young Player Of The Year

Following his amazing performance in the just-concluded Danish Superliga season, Nigeria and FC Midtjylland midfielder Raphael Onyedika has been named young player of the year, BSNsports.com.ng has gathered.

The 21-year-old youngster spent three years with FC Ebiede academy before moving to Denmark and joined FC Midtjylland.

In his first full season in FC Midtjylland, he impressed in the U-19 League and in the UEFA Youth League and in July 2020 he signed his first five-year professional contract with the club until June 2025.

The league organiser on Wednesday named Onyedika as the young player of the year after he played 31 of the 32 league games, 29 of them as a starter.
