Nigerian Defender Set To Sign Contract Extension With Fulham FC

By Sampson Adedeji

Nigeria-eligible defender, Tosin Adarabioyo, has had a change of heart regarding his Fulham future and is considering signing a contract extension to stay at Craven Cottage, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The former Manchester City centre-back looked certain to leave Craven Cottage this summer but is now opened to committing his future to Fulham.

The 26 year-old, who had turned down a move to Tottenham over the summer and linked with a move to Monaco, is currently recovering from groin surgery and was disappointed to lose his place to Issa Diop last season.

Adarabioyo is still working on his passport and also waiting for FIFA to approve his switch of allegiance to Nigeria.
