SKE Football Club of Port Harcourt prodigy and Mesarya SK forward, Tony Obia has made a sensational appearance at his boyhood club to motivate the current players of the Port Harcourt finest side, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

Obia, who is the all-time leading scorer of SKE, currently plies his trade with Cyprus side, Mesarya SK, having previously played for top Nigerian clubs including; Dakkada FC, Inter Lagos, and Akwa United.

The lethal forward joined his boyhood club during their training session at the Yakubu Gowon Stadium Elekahia, Port Harcourt to motivate them on the need to prosecute the game in a more disciplined and professional manner. 

Obia, who was received by the technical crew led by Tonye Omualabo also enjoined the players to heed to the coaches instructions in their quest to attain greater heights in the round leather game of football. 

The Nigerian forward, who has taken the Cyprus football scene by storm in the 2024/2025 season, cementing his place as one of Mesarya SK’s most dangerous and effective attackers, equally shared his experience with the players since he made his professional debut.

Obia’s outstanding debut campaign in Cyprus has seen him record double digits in both goals and assists, a rare feat that has drawn widespread praise from pundits and fans alike.
