Nigerian Players Abroad: Awoniyi To Miss Saudi Arabia Game Due To Injury

Super Eagles forward, Taiwo Awoniyi will be ruled out of the international friendly match between Nigeria and Saudi Arabia later this month, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

The Nottingham Forest forward suffered a knock and also missed out in Saturday's Matchday 8 encounter against Crystal Palace. 

Awoniyi will now miss the Super Eagles double header international friendly games against Saudi Arabia and Mozambique in Portugal.

The first game against Saudi Arabia comes up on October 13 while the second game with Mozambique tie slated for October 16.
