Nigerian Striker Looks To Future Success With Rangers

Super Eagles ace Cyriel Dessers insists 'the only way is up' as he reacted to his goal for Rangers against Hibs on Saturday afternoon, BSNSports.com.ng has sourced Glasgow Live.
Dessers joined Rangers under Michael Beale from relegated Italian Serie A team, Cremonese in the summer for a fee of around £4million, but it's fair to say he hasn't had the best of starts in a blue shirt with just three goals in 15 games prior to last Saturday's outing against Nick Montgomery's side.
Trusted under new boss Philippe Clement, the Belgian's debut rewarded the Nigerian with a start - and he paid his faith in the new gaffer with a goal to finish Hibs off towards the end of the game.
He'll be hoping it's a new start at Ibrox with a change of management giving him every chance to instil confidence into his game - but besides the goal, he was involved in multiple attacks, which is always a positive. And in a defiant message on Instagram, the Nigerian posted a message which offered hope for the future.
On his Instagram, Dessers posted a picture of him and Todd Cantwell celebrating, with the caption: "Big win at Ibrox, the only way is up", followed by an emoji pointing upwards.
