Nnadozie Makes 2025 The Best Women’s Goalkeeper List

Super Falcons goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie has been nominated for The Best FIFA 2025 Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year award, reports BSNSports.com.ng.
The 24-year-old shot-stopper also finished among the top five in the 2025 Ballon d'Or inaugural Female Yachine Trophy.
Nnadozie who joined Brighton from Paris FC was listed alongside the world’s elite goalkeepers, including Hannah Hampton, Ann-Katrin Berger, Cata Coll, Christiane Endler, Anna Moorhouse, and Phallon Tullis-Joyce.
According to FIFA, a panel of experts on women’s football, representing various FIFA and external football stakeholders, compiled a shortlist of 11 female players for The Best FIFA Women’s Player, five women’s football coaches for The Best FIFA Women’s Coach and five female goalkeepers for The Best FIFA Women’s Goalkeeper award.
Super Falcons coach Justine Madugu and his captain Rasheedat Ajibade, and the coaches and captains of 210 FIFA Member Associations’ women’s national teams will now be invited to select three outstanding candidates for each of the three women’s awards.
