No Panic For Golovin Over Alex Iwobi Monaco Link, Says Agent

Alexander Klyuev, the agent of AS Monaco attacker Alexander Golovin insists there's no panic over talk of Super Eagles' exciting midfielder Alex Iwobi joining the French Ligue 1 side from Everton, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

It's emerged Monaco is eyeing the Nigerian who has hit the best form of his career under Franck Lampard, as a replacement for Russia international Golovin.

Asked about the rumours, agent Alexander Klyuev told Sport-Express: "Monaco can always accept offers (for Golovin) from big clubs.

"But of course, I haven't heard (about Iwobi as a replacement) about this.

"We communicate constantly. Now he (Golovin) is focused on the matches of the championship and the Europa League."

Iwobi, who joined Everton from Arsenal in the summer of 2019, has a contract with Everton until the summer of 2024.

He has scored one goal and provided six assists in 14 competitive games this season.
